Looking for Shop Office as Office & Place of Stay

Hi.

I'm looking for a shop office at level 1 or level 2 maximum.
The shop office shall be utilized as office & place of stay allowed.
If the space shall be at least more than 800sf shall be at my interest.
Budget of rental not more than rm1,000 per month.
